Welcome to Sherleys`Cattery kittens request application. All personal information is kept private and will not be released without your consent. Are you interested in a Sherleys` kittens  of your very own to love and cherish?? Please fill out the following request form of kittens and make sure all fields are filled out so we can contact you. If you do not get a response from us within one week of your request, please contact us directly. We get a lot of e-mails and separating requests from standard email is important.

Please note:  If you are currently on our waiting list, please notify us if you no longer wish to adopt one of our kittens.  You will be removed from our list ASAP!!
